The AMD 29K was a family of 32-bit RISC based CPU. They come at clock speeds of 20, 25 and 30 Mhz. Mainly designed for embedded application, the AMD 29030 has an onchip instruction cache of 8 KB and was introduced in the first tier of '90. This sample was produced mid-1991.
